SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
1. SHIPPING TERMS
1.1. Estimated Delivery Time: Products are generally delivered around the estimated delivery date shown on the product page. However, due to each country’s customs procedures and policies, this process may occasionally take longer than expected. Whatthehang.com cannot intervene in these processes. For information on customs procedures and potential delays, please contact your local customs authorities.
1.2. Delivery Address: Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process. The accuracy of the delivery address is the responsibility of the Buyer. Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information are not the responsibility of the Seller.
1.3. Shipping Costs: If the shipping fee is not included in the free shipping campaign, it will be charged on the payment page. Any additional costs incurred during delivery (such as customs duties) are also the Buyer’s responsibility.
1.4. Address Changes: Address changes are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product has entered the production stage, changes cannot be made. Deliveries to APO regions or P.O. Box addresses may not be possible.
1.5. Delivery Issues: If the product is delivered damaged or incomplete, the Buyer should not accept the delivery and must request a damage report from the carrier. Immediate contact with the Seller is required to resolve delivery issues.
2. RETURN TERMS
2.1. Return Period: Return requests must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Return requests should be initiated by creating a ticket through the Order Support page.
2.2. Return Conditions:
- Damaged or Missing Products: If a product is delivered damaged or incomplete, the Seller will provide a free replacement. Alternatively, the Buyer may request a full refund or a discount.
- Returns Without Cause: If the Buyer wishes to return a product without any specific reason, the return shipping costs, customs duties, and any depreciation caused by damage during shipping will be deducted from the product price. The product must be returned in a condition that prevents further damage, although it does not need to be in its original packaging.
2.3. Return Process: The return process will be completed after the product is received by the Seller. Any costs incurred for the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
2.4. Address Updates: Address updates can be made before the product is shipped. Updates after shipping are not guaranteed. If a new address is required, the site will contact the customer via email. If no response is received within 3 business days, the return and cancellation processes will vary depending on whether the shipping carrier has initiated the return or disposal process for the package.
2.5. Product Packaging: Returned products must be packaged in a way that prevents damage. It does not have to be in the original packaging, but it should arrive in a condition that ensures it is not damaged.
