Distance Selling Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made between the following parties under the provisions of relevant regulations for distance sales:

2. SUBJECT
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products purchased by the Buyer from the Whatthehang.com website, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties under distance sales regulations.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Buyer will select products from the Whatthehang.com website. The Seller provides the following terms for product purchase, delivery, and return:
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Shipping and Delivery: Products will be shipped to the address specified by the Buyer. Shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Address Changes: Address changes must be made within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the product enters the production stage, changes can only be made if deemed feasible by the manufacturer. After the product is shipped, address change requests will not be guaranteed and are subject to the shipping carrier’s policies. Address updates will not be processed for addresses including APO Regions or P.O. Boxes.
4.3. Notification of New Address: If a new address is required, the site will contact the customer via email. If no response is received within 3 business days, the return and refund process will depend on whether the shipping carrier has initiated the return or disposal process for the package.
5. CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
5.1. Faulty or Missing Products: If a product is delivered damaged or incomplete, the Seller will provide a free replacement.
5.2. Returns Without Cause: If the Buyer wishes to return the product without any reason, the return shipping costs, customs duties, and any depreciation caused by damage during shipping will be deducted from the product price. The product must be returned in a condition that prevents further damage, but it does not need to be in its original packaging.
5.3. Refunds for Damaged or Missing Products: If the product is damaged or missing, the Buyer may request a full refund or a discount. The product return request must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date.
5.4. Return Requests: To initiate a return, a ticket must be created through the Order Support page.
6. CHANGES TO ORDERS
6.1. Order Modifications: The Buyer may request changes to the product within 24 hours of placing the order. Any changes after this period will depend on the stage of production and the manufacturer’s discretion.
6.2. Order Confirmation: Changes are only guaranteed if feasible and approved by the manufacturer.
